An efficient one-day meeting

You can host an efficient day conference in one of our nine unique conference rooms. They take up to 50 people and all have windows with plenty of natural light.

Day Conference Stockholm

A day conference is ideal if you want a quick, efficient meeting in central Stockholm. During the conference we provide morning and afternoon tea and coffee in our cosy lounge, and lunch is served at the table in Belgobaren restaurant. We also offer dinners and various buffets, and other menu options. Our best prices are available on Mondays, Fridays and weekends. The charming conference department at Freys Hotel offers nine unique conference rooms, and no two are the same. The rooms are designed to suit your agenda. They offer a place to work undisturbed, whether there are two or 50 of you. You can rent the entire 220 square metre conference floor for up to 150 people. Energy is our biggest room and is on the ground floor. Outside the room is a snug lounge that can be used as a breakout room, and refreshments are served here during conference breaks.
