Conference
All meeting rooms have plenty of natural light from windows.
We have video conferencing equipment for rent and can offer two different options, either “All inclusive” or “On your own”. Please contact us for more information or bookings: meetings@freyshotels.com or +46 (0)8-506 213 30.

Our biggest meeting room Clarity & Wisdom has capacity for up to 50 people. Here you will find all our meeting rooms.
If you book a conference, meeting or event with us, you can always cancel the event for free until four weeks before arrival. If cancel later than four weeks before arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 75% of the value of the booking. If canceled later than two weeks before the group’s first day of arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 100% of the value of the booking.
For food and drink, the number of participants can be adjusted completely until 11:00 three days before the start of the event. For accommodation in connection with a conference, the following applies:
Up to 14 days before arrival, up to five hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge. Until 18:00 the day before arrival, up to two hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge.
The restaurant, Belgobaren, serves all food and beverages during the conference. Here you will enjoy well-prepared food with Belgian influences. The speciality of Belgobaren is organic mussels from Sweden’s West Coast, cooked according to Belgian tradition.
Common allergies such as gluten and lactose or if someone wants a vegan or vegetarian alternative needs to be notified no later than three days before arrival. We need to know complicated allergies and any special diets no later than one week before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions och requests.
The customer can choose to book all participants themselves or we can reserve a certain number of rooms so the participants can call in and register if they want a hotel room.
We are more than happy to welcome you in the evenings and on weekends. This can be a good alternative if you want to keep the meeting in privacy.
Hotel
Guaranteed check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive before 15:00 and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your bags in our luggage room. Check-out is 12:00. Subject to availability, late check-out at 14:00 can be arranged for SEK 250. Please contact reception the evening before if you would like a late check-out.
We have a luggage room for guests to use free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in our luggage room.
Yes, you can workout in our gym located in the basement of the hotel. The gym is open every day 7.00-21.00, please contact the reception for access code and more information.

Our breakfast buffet is served Monday–Friday 06:30 AM–9:45 AM and Saturday–Sunday 07:30 AM–11:00 AM.

At the hotel we have the following TV-channels available;

International TV channels: Discovery Channel and Sky News
All televisions have a built-in Chromcast so you can easily stream what you would like to watch. Please contact the front desk, should you have any questions or requests.
We work with Belgobaren which is located within the hotel. They serve finely cooked food with Belgian influences and a good range of Belgian beers.
Yes, room service is available Monday–Saturday 17:00–22:00. There is no room service on Sundays.
All guests must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
No, you need to have a confirmed reservation on arrival. Bookings are made directly with our room reservations or here on our site. The opening hours are, weekdays 8.00- 16.30. Please contact us on 08-506 214 00 or at reservations@freyshotels.com.
We accept most payment cards. Please contact reception on +46 (0)8-506 213 00 if you wish to confirm your card is accepted.

Location
We have a hotel garage which costs SEK 400 per night, from 15.00 to 12.00. Limited spaces available, so advance phone or email booking is recommended. Please notice, maximum height 1,90 meters. Street parking is charged at the red rate on weekdays 09:00–17:00, and a lower rate in evenings and on weekends. Find out more about parking costs on the City of Stockholm website.
T-centralen and the Central Station are just over the road. There is an entrance just outside our hotel. Read more about how to find us here.
Prices are about SEK 500 to Bromma and SEK 720 to Arlanda, depending on the taxi firm. For assistance booking a taxi, please contact reception.
